Tang Xiong is a community-minded professional with more than 10 years of customer service experience and four years of experience as a business owner. Growing up in an entrepreneurial immigrant family, she learned the values of hard work, perseverance, and service at an early age. Her parents worked tirelessly to create better opportunities for their family, and their legacy continues to inspire her commitment to giving back to the community.
Coming from a large family, Tang developed a strong sense of connection, collaboration, and community. Although her parents are no longer with her, she honors their memory by carrying forward their passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
Outside of work, Tang enjoys hiking, singing karaoke, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and embracing new experiences. One of her lifelong goals is to travel the world, exploring different cultures, meeting new people, and gaining new perspective along the way.
We are dedicated to advancing the prosperity of Hmong farmers through cooperative endeavors, capacity building and advocacy. HAFA was started and is led by family farmers. Organizing is in our DNA.
